Provide day-to-day support for macOS & iOS systems
Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting of Windows Desktop & Windows Server
Full understanding of Networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, NAT
Configuration & Troubleshooting of Cloud solutions; G Suite & Office 365 products
Meraki, Ubiquity – Configuration & Installation
Wifi Configuration, Setup & Troubleshooting
Experience with Deploy Studio, Munki, Gruntwork & watchman monitoring
Experience with backup solutions like Crashplan, Datto, Time Machine, Carbon Copy Cloner
Answering and supporting the end user when they call / email
Working on larger projects.
Following up with tickets to ensure resolution for end users issues
Documenting all interactions with end users
Documenting processes and customer networks
Finding and suggesting solutions for customer IT needs
Bringing new customers onboard and cleaning up their networks / systems
Finding and implementing the right hardware/software for companies
Keeping daily tasks organized and scheduled out
Finishing task/projects on time
Following company’s policies and procedures
Going onsite to resolve customer issues
Researching best practices to implement for companies
Researching best hardware/software to use internally/externally
Building your knowledge in the IT field
Growing your soft skills for improved customer/team experience
